Return & Refund Policy

Once you receive the bike, if you are not completely satisfied, you are more than welcome to return it to us within 14 days. The bike must not show any signs of usage, must be in original packing and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Cobra E bike return policy is in line with the ACCC

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed

We do not refund shipping or delivery fees.

Refunds & Exchanges will only be offered on full priced items only
